TeleHealth/Virtual Consultations now available
I hope you are all staying safe during these difficult times; one positive development is that the technology has improved to the point that virtual consultations for your health conditions are now possible. If you have access to a webcam (smartphone included), can position it so that I can watch you walk and position your joint in certain ways, and are a bit technologically savvy, I can provide a consultation about your hip or knee condition almost as good as seeing you in person -- it will be just as if you saw me in the office, but from the convenience of your own home! We will discuss your treatment options and come up with a game plan for you
There are 2 options:
- if you would like to go through your insurance coverage, you can contact my office at (212)606-1128 or navigate to the "Book An Appointment" page, and fill out the requested information. We can then look into your insurance coverage and schedule a future appointment.
- Best in Class MD:
I have now partnered with the "Best in Class MD" platform to offer an educational telehealth encounter, outside of your insurance coverage. Out-of-state or international individuals can use the link below to schedule an educational telehealth encounter. This comprehensive service includes a thorough review of your medical records/imaging followed by recommendations outlined in an Expert Report.
The added benefit of this option is that you can schedule this meeting outside of normal office hours and therefore have enhanced access to receive this consultation. You will also receive a detailed report of our encounter after the visit.
